Plastic Surgeon #2

The rain stopped just long enough this morning for Spike and I to get to and from the offices of plastic surgeon #2, Dr. Charles K. Lee. He is a very sweet, mild mannered, middle-aged guy who reminds me of my neighbor, Mark. He's also the plastic surgeon who trained Karen Horton (the tall, young, blond plastic surgeon)! Apparently there was a discrepancy in who is the number 2, Dr. doing the TUG flap reconstructive surgery is because Dr. Lee has done 100's as compared to Dr. Horton's 45! Also, I didn't know this, but my Breast Cancer surgeon, Dr. Pamela Lewis, is the real big shot in this game. When the surgery was originally postponed, Dr. Lewis got on the phone with the Chief of Surgery, whom happens to also be the micro-surgeon who will be working on me, who then contacted Dr. Lee and had him push back his clients (sorry ladies awaiting breast reduction, lifts and breast augmentations...my cancer trumps your boobie cosmetics). We're now looking at surgery taking place as soon as May 4th next Tuesday or in the week after. Dr. Lee's patient coordinator, Vivian and Dr. Lewis' assistant, Idette (whom we LOVE) have been told to reschedule office appointments if necessary to make this happen. They're reserving a private room for me at St. Mary's Hospital! Oh, yes, and the examination gown fashion...Well, Dr. Lee's office was not nearly as young and hip as Dr. Horton's, but I'll take experienced and understated over young and hot any day! In keeping with his very focused, and professional manner; Dr. Lee's office has a similar examination gown to the one's at Dr.Lewis' office. Short waisted, disposable, baby blue, semi sheer, with some added bonus features: Velcro strips to hold the front closed, and a high fashion 1980's collar! Very stylish, potentially making a great comeback this fall...Here's the sneak preview (Hat, sock and panties sold separately and styled by yours truly;-): That's all for today...Margaret is home from Brazil and coming over this afternoon! Yay!
