A Kindergarten teacher at my school, Covi Valera, who also happens to be a funk DJ in the lower Haight, sent me this song (Into My Soul By Gabin -attached) when she first found out about my diagnosis, and it's become my theme song. Gillian sent me the new Lykke Li Album "Youth Novels", which I LOVE...and there are several key tracks that I've been particularly fond of "Let it Fall (attached), Melodies and Desires, Dance-Dance-Dance, My Love and Hanging High". I've also been listening to Sade's new album "Soldier of Love" Who doesn't love Sade? Right? I've attached "Be That Easy". Finally, one last uber mushy one for all you lovers who love love...V V Brown "I Love You" from her album "Traveling Like the Light". More to come...

Hey Auntie Ally. I know it's taken me a while to join your blog. Needless to say, I was very upset to hear about your diagnosis. I guess I just didn't know how to respond and that was selfish of me.
